Rock Challenge is run by the Be Your Best Foundation. It helps with promoting and avoiding young people taking recreational drugs, smoking and alcohol. Rock Challenge does this through the art of dance and gives out awards in various categories. I have been a part of 2 different stage crews, Stainburn School and Science college when I was age 14 years old to the age of 17 years old. In that time I won one Stage crew award. Since then I have been Stage Manager for Victoria Junior School where I have won 8 Stage Crew awards. The key to this success is organisation, I attend rehearsals 2 months before the performance and take note of scene changes and a picture of the set, as you only get 4 minutes to put up and take down your set I spend my spare time looking at pictures I have taken and coming up with a strategy to get the set on and off in the given time.
