I have worked for Theatre By the Lake since I was 23 Years old. Primarily on a zero hour contract I mainly work during their summer season where they put on 6 shows over 2 venues. My main role is to assist with get in, get outs and turnarounds. I have also done storage moves with them transferring props and furniture from the store in Keswick to the Store in Workington.  The best part of working here is its location near Derwent water.
